Membership to NYPEN Real Estate is free of charge; however, membership is limited to investment professionals at firms managing discretionary capital for real estate.  Members should be directly involved in making principal investments into real estate through acquisitions, developments, or debt/equity investments at the project or entity-level. Examples of qualifying firms include:

• Private opportunistic, value-added, and core real estate funds
• Private real estate companies
• Public real estate investment trusts (REITs)
• Mezzanine and bridge providers with dedicated and discretionary capital
